Description of program:
In the Youth Group we focus on intro to designed fitness. Teaching Proper form with all exercise. Showing how to use equipment properly wile still getting a good fun workout. Includes agility, speed and endurance drills, and teaching proper running form Great Introduction into a Training setting!
Summer Athletic Program Ages Class Times
Athletic Summer Program
For Ages 7th grade to Seniors
Description of program.
Each Athlete is given a individualized program that has been designed by a professional Trainer. There programs will be designed to meet their Personal, Athletic, and sport specific needs. the individuals will be monitored and encouraged by Certified Personal Trainers. Making sure each individual is using correct form to prevent injury. Programs will focus on all areas of Fitness and athletic training: Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Stamina, Flexibility, Balance. All levels are welcome!.
Starts: First day of summer break, ends August 10th
Cost: $160 for 1 $250 for 2
